Oaxacan Tacos
I learned how to make these tacos while a man from Oaxaca, Mexico lived with my family. They are traditional Mexican tacos and one of the best things I know how to make.

Algerian Kefta (Meatballs)
This simple meatball dish is delicious, rich, and fresh. It was taught to me by my Algerian husband, one of his favorites from home. The tomato sauce can be used for anything and the amounts of flavors can be adjusted. I like a lot of garlic and pepper. I have also found halal hamburger to be much leaner and lighter than regular. You can find it at international food stores and halal butcher shops in bigger cities. Serve this dish with a French baguette.
Simply the Easiest Beef Brisket
Simply the best and easiest beef brisket there is. Great recipe to make the day before and reheat to serve.
Delicious Beef Tongue Tacos
This is a really mouth-watering way of making tongue. It practically melts in your mouth. Enjoy!
Tantalizingly Tangy Meatloaf
Meatloaf with a sauce that will keep them coming back for more. The sauce contains pineapple preserves, brown sugar and ketchup. It glazes up real nice over the meatloaf. I've NEVER had leftovers even when I've tripled the recipe!
Breaded Rib Roast
Breaded, slow roasted and tasty!
Ronaldo's Beef Carnitas
I use this recipe all the time. It is the best! The meat just falls apart, and it's delicious served in flour tortillas with guacamole and salsa. This also freezes well.
Chef John's Italian Meatballs
These Italian meatballs use a standard mix of ground beef and ground pork, with added flavor from parsley, garlic, and dried herbs. Bake up a batch, mix them with your favorite spaghetti dish, and dinner is served!
Traditional Gyro Meat
A Mediterranean-style meatloaf recipe with pita, tzatziki, and tomatoes.
High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
Eye of round roast is seasoned, then roasted at 500 degrees until tender.
German Hamburgers (Frikadellen)
The original hamburger, these are served like a flattened meatball with some steamed string beans and salad. I also like to use this recipe to make Swedish meatballs (but omit the paprika). My Aunt in Hamburg, Germany taught me this recipe and I've been making them ever since. Serve with steamed string beans and tossed salad. Or serve on a Kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, pickled cucumbers, finely sliced deep fried onions and curry ketchup.
